1. Terms of Service

1.1 About Us

Medelm provides professional educational and coaching services, including but not limited to ST3 Interview Conditioning. Services are delivered digitally and/or through scheduled 1:1 sessions.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing services via the Squarespace checkout system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Policies.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase services.

1.3 Use of Website and Services

You agree to use this website and Medelm services lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any Medelm materials without prior written consent

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, booking systems, or payment platforms

  • Use the services in a way that is misleading, abusive, or disruptive

All content, materials, frameworks, and branding remain the intellectual property of Medelm unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.4 Nature of Services

All services are provided for educational and professional development purposes only. Medelm does not guarantee interview success, rankings, training placements, or employment outcomes.

Any guidance provided reflects professional experience and does not constitute medical, legal, or employment advice.

1.5 Bookings and Attendance

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Booking details are accurate

  • You attend scheduled sessions on time

  • You have suitable technology to access online sessions

Failure to attend a booked session without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medelm shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

1.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Privacy Policy

Medelm is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2.1 Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following information:

  • Name, email address, and contact details

  • Booking and payment information processed via Squarespace and its payment providers

  • Information voluntarily provided through enquiry forms or coaching sessions

  • Limited website usage data collected through analytics tools

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless you choose to disclose it.

2.2 How Your Data Is Used

  • Process payments, refunds, and bookings

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

ST3 Interview Conditioning by Medelm is a bespoke, professional coaching service.

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no 1:1 session has taken place

  • Once a 1:1 session has been delivered, no refunds will be issued

This reflects the personalised nature of the service and preparatory work undertaken.

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may result in loss of the session without refund or rescheduling

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Squarespace and its authorised payment providers. Medelm does not store full payment card details.

3.4 Fairness and Discretion

Medelm aims to act fairly and transparently in all circumstances. Any exceptions to this policy are at Medelm’s discretion.

3.5 Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are purchasing services as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

In accordance with these regulations:

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason unless:

    • The service has already begun with your express consent, and

    • You have acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed

By booking and attending a 1:1 session, or by requesting that services begin within the cancellation period, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service is time-specific and personalised

  • Performance of the service begins upon delivery of the session

  • Your statutory right to cancel is lost once the session has been delivered

Where a cancellation request is made before any 1:1 session has taken place, Medelm’s 7-day refund policy applies and will be honoured.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where applicable.
